Tariff
These rates are for two people per room per night and include full English breakfast and VAT. For each additional person there is a supplementary cost of £40 per night. Please note that we only accept 2 night bookings at the weekends i.e Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Confirmation
To guarantee your booking we ask that you confirm your reservation to us by writing, fax or email. We will also require your credit card details, which will be held on file in order to secure the room.
Payment
Account to be settled on departure. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Switch but regret that cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation policy
Once we have confirmed your booking, we will need two clear days written advance notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the room is re-let to another customer we will only charge for any shortfall. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the room in the event of a short notice cancellation, but we suggest that you take out travel insurance to cover this risk.
Check in/out times
Immediate occupancy of the rooms cannot be guaranteed before 2pm on day of arrival. Please let us know if you intend to arrive late in the evening. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Car parking
There is ample parking in the grounds during your stay. The Ayrlington is obliged to state that cars and their contents are parked entirely at car owners' risk.
No smoking
The Ayrlington is strictly non smoking throughout.
No pets
We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets other than the Guide dogs of vision impaired guests.
